No, we believe it is best if we offer our full attention to that one party and it’s guests. There is a possibility that individual and small, group private lessons occur during birthday parties.

If you would like to fully rent out the facility during the “gym time”, this is an option! This is where instructors are not able to schedule private lessons, therefore, you’d have the gym all to yourselves.

Check out our Event Calendar. Any time slot that has a link listed as “Party Available - Sign Contract”, is available! Click the link and fill out all the contact, payment and party information. Once you have confirmed everything on the contract, you will be receiving an email from our office staff.

The office staff will provide you with a link that you will give to your guests. All children are required to have a parent/guardian register for your child’s birthday party in order to participate, via our Events Calendar.

We provide the facility, assist with set up, activity and game instruction, assist with food and drink distribution, assist with clean up. We will provide the FUN!

You will need to bring any decor, food and drink items, utensils, paper products and favors.

We cannot modify the party cost if some invitees do not attend. Planning, staffing, and cost is based on the number of invitees.

You can arrive 15 minutes before the start of the party to bring in supplies and set up decorations. The participants will have their “gym time” first so you will have that opportunity to set up food, gifts, decor, etc. in the party area.

Our office staff will give you a call the week of the birthday party to answer any questions you may have regarding the event. The office staff will also get a confirmation of how many guests will be at the party.
